The plan was developed through extensive research, data analysis, and conversations with residents, business owners, community leaders, educators, first responders, and other stakeholders. Public meetings, surveys, and community workshops helped shape the priorities included throughout the document, ensuring the plan reflects the voices of the people who call Carencro home.
